Hell and Back Again

Give an Hour Partners with Award-Winning Film: Hell and Back Again    We are pleased to announce that Give an Hour has been selected as a national partner for the nationwide screenings of Hell and Back Again. This 2012 Academy Award-nominated documentary is a cinematically revolutionary film that asks and answers difficult and personal questions related to the war in Afghanistan. What does it mean to lead men in war? What does it mean to come home and build life anew? Hell and Back Again won the World Cinema Documentary Jury Prize and the World Cinema Cinematography Award at the 2011 Sundance Film Festival. Screenings will take place across the country during the month of April. Give an Hour has been invited to participate in the panel discussions that will be held after the film.
